Okay, I'm back in the saddle now...
Today:
Breakfast: Life cereal: 210 calories with the milk
Lunch: Chili: 410 calories with the cheese and sour cream...
So far: 20 ounces of water and 30 minutes of running. (in the rain, I might add, which adds points, I'm sure!)
I have discovered how much further I can run without stopping while listening to my ipod. I'm sure you saw my Twilight exercise routine on facebook...I run hard for the first four songs on the soundtrack and then cool down for the last three songs. It is really working well for me. I have run last Friday, yesterday and today. With the music, I could easily do it everyday!
Trying to get back in the game.
I have gained one of my pounds back, so I am still at 154 right now. While I wasn't exercising, I wasn't going crazy with the food, though I wasn't really watching it either, so I'm pretty relieved I only gained one of my pounds back. Gotta keep going, even with the setbacks.

Wondered if you were going to write again. :) Start wherever you are and keep going. My scale's batteries are dead so I'm going to pick some up at Target this afternoon. I'm curious to see what I weigh. My guess is I've gained a pound back as well. My eating has been sloppy and I have been starving. Joshua has beeen eating 5-6 times a day on both sides and I think my milk supply has grown to accomodate that. :) That could be why I have been starving. I keep looking at my overall loss and not on my daily weight loss. I did pick up lots of salad fixings at Sam's on Friday though.
