Didn't have time for breakfast... I know, I know...shame on me...
Lunch: chips and salsa: 350 calories
Dinner: Chili with fritos: 750 calories
Dessert: my other weight watchers ice cream thing: 170 calories
Total for Sunday: 1270 calories
Sundays are so very busy that I normally have to make time to eat. However, I do feel better because everyone else loved the honey bun cake so it is gone! And, for the record, it was slap-your-momma good!

Breakfast: 2 pancakes 140 calories
Butter 50 calories
Sugar 30 calories
Total = 220 calories
Lunch: Burger King Chicken Sandwich (don't give me a hard time) 630 calories
Dinner: Bagel and 1/3 cup Fiesta Blend Cheese 320 calories
Dinner was at 5:00, so after volleyball we picked up Little Caesars. I ate one slice of pepperoni:
210 calories (I was very excited about this!)
Total for today = 1480 calories
I did finally look up my range and my healthy range is 1200-1500 to lose weight.
Edited to add that I consumed 65 ounces of water and did my 3o minute run as well as the volleyball playing tonight.

Day Two, October 14, 2009
Breakfast: 2 waffles, 210 calories
1 tbsp butter, 50 calories
2 tsp sugar, 30 calories
Total breakfast = 290 calories
Lunch: Candy bar, 240 calories
Popcorn, 75 calories
Total lunch = 315 (Not the most nutritious, but we were at the movies)
Snacks: 10 Cheetos, 80 calories
2 cups dry Apple Jacks, 220 calories
Total before dinner = 805 calories
40 ounces of water consumed and one diet drink
30 minutes of running exercise
Today was a little harder than yesterday since we went to the movies. But, if you need a candy bar, your best bet is still a 3 Musketeers. There are 60 calories in each snack sized bar and I ate four of them at the movie.
