Day Two, October 14, 2009

Breakfast: 2 waffles, 210 calories
1 tbsp butter, 50 calories
2 tsp sugar, 30 calories

Total breakfast = 290 calories

Lunch: Candy bar, 240 calories
Popcorn, 75 calories

Total lunch = 315 (Not the most nutritious, but we were at the movies)

Snacks: 10 Cheetos, 80 calories
2 cups dry Apple Jacks, 220 calories

Total before dinner = 805 calories

40 ounces of water consumed and one diet drink
30 minutes of running exercise

Today was a little harder than yesterday since we went to the movies. But, if you need a candy bar, your best bet is still a 3 Musketeers. There are 60 calories in each snack sized bar and I ate four of them at the movie.

  1. We need to talk about your "meal" choices. :) I found that I am planning the next meal, thinking about how many calories it has and how full I will feel after I eat. Plan as much as you can so you can fuel your body well. You are a runner you know. ;)What have you been eating for dinner this week?
    At least you can start anew tomorrow.
